The whole tastiness of natural-tasting TSG organic lattefieno (milk & hay) is embodied in the organic fiordilatte mozzarella log. MIA Latte&Fieno ORGANIC is produced with 100% certified organic 'latte e fieno TSG' milk from Lessinia cows. Grazing cows are fed on organic fodder based on the Latte Fieno specification. Every mouthful evokes the authentic flavour of the Lessinia pastures.

    Tonon fiordilatte mozzarella is highly digestible thanks to the prolonged fermentation process using only selected milk enzymes that enhance the taste of the milk while limiting the lactose content.
